  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, in written and spoken forms, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, design, and develop equipment for new product initiatives.
  • Conduct material evaluations and implement enhancements to processes.
  • Create and oversee specifications for products.
  • Support technicians and engineers in resolving complex challenges.
  • Ensure that equipment complies with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Validate the quality of processes and products.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of technicians.
  • Communicate business-related issues to senior management.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
  • Ensure team adherence to regulations and organizational policies.
  • Perform additional assigned responsibilities as needed.
