This role primarily involves assisting in the development and validation of innovative products, ensuring they adhere to stringent quality and performance benchmarks. You will collaborate closely with our team to manage design verification, validation builds, and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage design verification and validation builds for new product initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support product design and quality assurance efforts.
  • Create, validate, and document inspection procedures and process validation protocols.
  • Draft detailed process validation reports to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in transfer activities to Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) as required.

Essential Technical Skills:
