Job Description:

At Tek Support, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support to specific projects, including change analysis, risk analysis, and manufacturing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Conduct qualification, verification, and validation activities to produce medical devices.
  • Work with Quality Engineering to provide manufacturing support and troubleshoot issues relating to safety, efficacy, quality, cost, or delivery of components and finished devices.
  • Participate in new product development teams and product support, including technology development, test of materials or products, preparation of specifications, six sigma, process studies, process improvements, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate and manage project work and progress, and recommend appropriate revisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with equipment suppliers and supporting machine builders with kick off and design.
  • Experience with Semi-automated and automated equipment, process development, and various processing technologies.
  • Experience working on print review and working with design on print updates.
  • Experience working in QMS and ERP systems, and IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
