Role Overview As the IGS Customer Success Manager at Check Point, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution of projects and nurturing robust, enduring relationships with our esteemed clients.

This hybrid position merges project coordination expertise with a customer-focused approach to drive success across our IGS XDR Services.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership to guarantee timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage the execution of IGS projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and milestones.
  • Customer Success Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Proactively identify and address potential challenges, collaborating to find timely and effective solutions.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our services.

  • Knowledge of Managed Security Services or Managed Services.
  • Previous experience in a customer success position.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or customer success management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Schedule: 100% Remote

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST
