Job Title: Commercial Manager

At SUCCESS KOREA, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing sales and operational goals for our customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and oversight to store managers in the region, ensuring compliance with all store procedures and policies.
  • Train and develop new store managers, providing support and resources to help them succeed.
  • Communicate decisions and initiatives to store managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.
  • Provide special support to managers during the opening of new stores, ensuring a successful launch.
Requirements:
  • Control and manage the budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and productivity.

As the primary interface between corporate headquarters and stores, you will be responsible for coordinating accurate information flow in both directions.
