About the Role

As the Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Customer Success to ensure seamless adoption of WelcomeHome's CRM platform by clients and foster a long-term relationship with them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring the software to meet the unique needs of each community, aligning with their sales standards and terminology
  • Providing comprehensive training to community Sales Directors, either on-site or via video conference
  • Identifying and elevating key client needs to senior leadership
  • Analyzing industry data and client metrics to inform sales strategies and drive performance improvement
  • Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with senior sales leaders to assess progress and set goals

This role is based in our Atlanta office, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 at home) available after 6 months of full-time employment.

About You

We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and innovative individual who is passionate about customer success and driven by the company's mission. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success within a software environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills, with prior experience in a start-up environment a plus
