About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our Sales Support & Customer Care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve cases and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer case lifecycle, ensuring incidents are resolved accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases, including Support Renewals, Marketing, Support Delivery, and Product Management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our client database.
  • Document all cases, including queries, process steps, resolutions, and commitments, while protecting confidential and sensitive information.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or related technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with bilingualism preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and accountability for meeting obligations.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships and work effectively in multicultural environments.
