Job Summary

As a key member of the Memorial Hermann Health System team, the Regional Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting HR and HRBP programs and projects for a region. This position requires a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR and HRBP programs and projects for a region, including administrative tasks, data analysis, training support, and communication to HR partners and client leaders.
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) in HR Program delivery, including leadership development, large-scale change, performance management, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Compile and generate reports using HR data, conduct basic analysis and/or research, and communicate with HRBPs and leaders as appropriate.
  • Assist with planning and project management to support HRBP projects and HR initiatives.
  • Deliver and quality of assigned local/regional employee programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support regulatory audit processes, including ensuring access to proper files and HR documents.
  • Schedule and track management orientations to ensure new managers are properly onboarded.
  • Respond to inquiries from managers, employees, or other internal and external stakeholders and direct them to the appropriate HR resource.
  • Support HR leadership to maintain, process, and report budget and expense items.
  • Perform administrative duties for HR leadership, including report preparation, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and agendas, and making travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field (HR, Business Management); in lieu of degree, a minimum of four (4) years commensurate experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with or without on-site direction.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
