Progressive Care Unit RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or other members of the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
