About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.

As a RN Fellow in Progressive Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Within 6 months of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty
