Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN - Clinical Decision Unit to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Clinical Decision Unit Nurse, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Clinical Decision Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying potential complications and taking proactive measures to prevent them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
