Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, including those requiring complex medical interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
