Progressive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- National Provider BLS certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- National certification in area of specialty.
