As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional administrative services to our client service leaders, teams, and functions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver administrative services to support leadership and client delivery functions and teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.
- Provide support with preparing, editing, and formatting deliverables, correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Manage system data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage professional association and organization memberships.
- Minimum of 1+ year(s) experience required / 3+ year(s) preferred in a related field.
- Certificates (List) High school Diploma required or equivalent experience.
