Job Overview

Waypoint Detailed Delivery is seeking a skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services across the country.

As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring route drivers, transferring routes electronically, reviewing and auditing photographs taken by Field Representatives, and performing data entry into our Logistics Software. You will also be available to assist Field Representatives with any questions or concerns that arise during routes and communicate with management and logistics teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and systems. Experience in logistical, dispatch, and/or scheduling is preferred, as well as administrative experience. A background and drive check will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor route drivers and ensure routes are being followed
  • Transfer routes electronically onto driver's smartphones

  • Communicate with management and logistics teams

Requirements
