Client Service Coordinator 1

Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of services.
- Documentation and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM and other systems.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues and problems efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or account management.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
