- Collaborate with sales and reconditioning teams.
- Schedule guest appointments effectively.
- Welcome guests warmly and set clear expectations for their visit.
- Coordinate with reconditioning teams to ensure timely updates for guests.
- Verify that repairs meet both company standards and guest expectations.
- Cultivate a culture of open communication with guests and team members.
