Job Summary

Eden Foods, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our natural foods division in the Southwest territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and brokers, to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the natural foods industry, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and a proven ability to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
