Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within the designated territory.

Manage current dealer relationships and attract new dealerships to boost sales.

Effectively communicate and execute Stine's sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales objectives.

Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support within the assigned area.

Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including prior roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.

Demonstrated expertise in effective sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate challenges are essential.

Candidates should exhibit initiative and the capability to work autonomously to accomplish set goals.
