Job Title: Enterprise Field Sales Representative

Join Looker, a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision.

We are seeking an Enterprise Field Sales Representative to manage enterprise accounts, leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop relationships, and act as a business partner to understand customer challenges and goals.

As a key member of our entrepreneurial team, you will play a crucial role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage enterprise accounts and develop relationships with C-level executives
  • Act as a business partner to understand customer challenges and goals
  • Leverage existing relationships to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations
  • Work with procurement, legal, and business teams to negotiate complex commercial/legal agreements
  • Manage partners in complex implementation projects, such as global system integrators and packaged software vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in a technology-related sales or business development role at a B2B software company
  • Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience in building strategic business partnerships with enterprise customers
  • Experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytical tools, applications software, or cloud solutions
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations
