At PT Solutions Physical Therapy, we're seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance verifications and manage prior authorizations to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Reconcile patient payments and units billed while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to create streamlined scheduling and financial workflows.
  • Oversee daily tasks, including obtaining authorization and/or prior authorization, and maintaining accurate records.
