About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Manager to join our team at CHG Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, ensuring efficient and compliant workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and training to promote risk control awareness, ownership, and accountability among team members.
  • Manage the renewal of our company's insurance program, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal coverage.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and insurers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Implement programs to improve and enhance working knowledge of malpractice insurance, reducing risks and improving outcomes.
  • Resolve insurance-related questions and concerns from divisions, third parties, and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and provide feedback on contractual insurance obligations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed to support the success of our organization.
Requirements
  • Five years' work experience in a relevant field, preferably in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Experience working with a variety of personality styles and stakeholders.
  • Minimum of five years of working knowledge of commercial property and casualty coverages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant insurance designations, such as CPCU or ARM.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or risk management.
