Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other sources.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options tailored to client needs and personal objectives.
  • Treat each customer interaction as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, process premium payments, review, update, and modify policies, handle claims, and endorsements. This includes Issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.).
  • Implement win-back strategies to reconnect with lapsed clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.

Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty License required. A license is not necessary to apply. We will cover 100% of licensing costs.
  • 2+ years of office experience or prior insurance experience is preferred.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Candidate must possess basic computer software knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Agency Management System (AMS) is a plus.
  • Ambitious self-starter capable of working independently to achieve targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Fluent in Spanish to effectively engage with a diverse clientele, ensuring all clients receive top-tier service in their preferred language.
