At Addison Group, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Workplace Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our daily office activities and provide support to staff and guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, overseeing café operations, coordinating meetings, and assisting with office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answering phones, and greeting guests.
  • Café Operations: Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and manage the kitchen area.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage logistics for internal meetings and conference room bookings.
  • Travel and Expenses: Assist with travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Catering and Events: Order and coordinate catering for meetings and events.
  • Emergency Response and Safety: Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
  • Office Support: Assist with onboarding, desk setup, and general office support.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of workplace experience.
  • Strong customer service skills with a "white glove" approach.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle feedback.
  • Open to candidates with or without a degree.
  • Must have a "just do it" attitude and be willing to handle various tasks, including cleaning up after others in the café.

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid Schedule: In-office Monday-Thursday, remote on Fridays.
  • Reports to a manager who sets expectations and empowers employees to take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong partnership with other Executive Assistants.
  • Non-exempt role with a 5% bonus potential.
  • Business professional dress code.
