Media Manager / Buyer

Salary: 100,000 + Bonus opportunity


Home Brands Group LLC is in search of a driven Media Buyer to enhance our advertising presence and ensure our brand is showcased effectively.

The Media Buyer will play a crucial role in optimizing advertising initiatives, guaranteeing that our communications reach the desired audience with maximum impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Media Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement media buying plans for radio, television, and digital platforms to connect with our target demographic.

Negotiation Skills:
Engage with media vendors to secure competitive pricing and prime advertisement placements.

Budget Management:
Oversee and fine-tune budgets to enhance media visibility and effectiveness.

Performance Analysis:
Evaluate audience data and advertising outcomes to refine media strategies.

Relationship Building:
Foster and sustain strong connections within the media landscape and our franchise network.

Invoice Oversight:
Manage and comprehend invoices associated with media purchases.

Market Trend Analysis:
Keep abreast of industry trends and pinpoint relevant marketing prospects.

Required Qualifications:

Communication Proficiency:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Self-Sufficiency:
Capability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

Detail Orientation:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret data.

Trend Monitoring:
Proficient in tracking trends and identifying pertinent marketing opportunities.

Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with media buying platforms such as MediaForce.

Educational Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or 5 years of relevant experience.
