About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Cutter. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Tennessee and Northern Kentucky region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profit margin in the assigned territory
  • Manage customer relationships and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal resources, such as Product Managers, to support territory sales efforts
  • Communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business opportunities
  • Submit regular reports to track progress and provide feedback
Requirements
  • 2+ years of machining experience on both manual and CNC machines
  • 2+ years of cutting tool sales experience
  • Engineering degree or certificate program from a machining trade school
  • Strong technical background and in-depth working knowledge of machining
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
