About the Role

The Patient Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing patient billing and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Patient Accounts Manager, you will work closely with the medical staff to resolve billing and insurance issues, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and families. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting
  • Two years of prior employment experience in medical billing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer skills and experience in maintaining automated recordkeeping systems
  • Good communication skills, written and oral, are necessary
  • Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Medical billing certification preferred; not required

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
