Patient Care Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant to join our team at DOC-AID. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial clinical evaluations and perform directed procedures as needed.
- Follow up on laboratory analysis and radiology studies to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records and treatment plans.
- Assist medical assistants with administration of medications and perform CLIA-waived lab tests, draw blood, and collect specimens for send-out labs.
- Perform DOT and Non-DOT urine drug screens and Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT), as well as DOT physical exams.
- Ensure equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions to the center manager or designee.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
