Job Summary:

The Patient Account Clerk will be responsible for managing patient accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Obtain pre-authorization from insurance carriers, as necessary.
  2. Process patient statements, key data, and post transactions.
  3. Verify accuracy of input to reports generated.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year experience in medical office setting.

Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off policy.
