Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Pharmacist to fill the position of Hospital Pharmacy Program Manager at Next GenHealth Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy services and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise in clinical pharmacy services. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Clinical Pharmacy Services, ensuring that our pharmacy provides exceptional services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Service Development: Develop and implement effective Clinical Pharmacy Services that meet the needs of our patients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver high-quality clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of direct patient care experience in a Hospital Setting or 1 year Residency training with 2 years of clinical experience. Preferred: 2 years Residency training and Antimicrobial Stewardship certification.
  • Licenses / Certificates:
    • Required: Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
    • Preferred: Residency training with 2 years clinical experience in hospital setting.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $120,640 to $191,422 per year, including a one-time Sign ON Bonus of $15,000.
