About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team at HYTORC, a leading industrial bolting solutions company.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in industrial sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan, meeting monthly quotas, and submitting regular reports.

In this role, you will work in a territory selling our bolting systems and accessories to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 plus commission, making it an attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory business plan and contribute to sales discovery
  • Develop clients through product demonstration and delivery
  • Meet monthly quotas and submit regular reports
  • Closing sales and overcoming objections
  • Cold calling and setting up face-to-face meetings
  • Serve as key contact to customers
  • Drive product usage and make recommendations accordingly
  • Maintain visibility in the market and contribute to company's success
