Job Title: External Sales Professional
Job Summary:
We seek a skilled and results-driven External Sales Professional to join our team at Gustave A Larson Company. As an Account Manager Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving sales growth.
About Our Company: Gustave A Larson Company is a leading HVAC/R wholesale distributor serving the Plains region with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, and expand market share.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on HVAC/R products, technologies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and inside sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service goals.

Candidates Should Possess:

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $62,000-$82,000 per year, depending on experience.
