Sales Director

At Libo Cosmetics Co., Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetics packaging industry and strong project management skills.
Main Responsibilities
Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships.
Identify opportunities to increase profitability through strategic sales and pricing initiatives.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as overdue accounts, inventory levels, and price adjustments.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring a high level of service and support.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the cosmetics packaging industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving sales growth.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.
