Position Overview
We are currently in search of a Sales Associate who will report directly to the Store Director.

Your Role
The Balenciaga Sales Associate is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clientele by addressing their unique needs and expectations.

This individual will act as a brand ambassador, embodying the philosophy and values of Balenciaga.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and store objectives, contributing to business growth.
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience while demonstrating extensive knowledge of our products and the Balenciaga brand narrative.
  • Maintain an organized and detailed client book, regularly engaging with clients and following up on sales or inquiries.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and history, integrating this knowledge into client interactions to offer insightful advice.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering open communication and proposing constructive solutions.
  • Assist in executing daily operational tasks in accordance with company guidelines.
Who You Are
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.
  • Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a retail setting.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic mindset to enhance business performance and personal achievement.

Compensation
For individuals assigned to work in California, Balenciaga provides a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate for this position. This estimate considers various factors, including business needs, skill sets, experience, and geographic differentials. The current hourly rate range is approximately $18.00 to $22.00 USD.
