IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive for our team.
This role is essential in driving store performance by meeting sales targets, providing exceptional client engagement, and achieving all key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cross-selling, average transaction value, and upselling.
The position offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Possess in-depth product knowledge
Master the Client Experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Proactively engage with both existing and potential clients as outlined by management
Deliver outstanding service throughout every interaction (pre-sale preparation, welcoming clients, exploring their needs, product presentation, closing the sale, and farewells).
Focus on nurturing and retaining current clients while attracting new onesSeize every opportunity to engage clients—whether through walk-ins, private appointments, or phone inquiries
Actively contribute to achieving the store's sales and business KPIs in collaboration with team members and during appointment routines
Report any client concerns to the Team Manager or Store Manager/Director as necessary
Product Management and Visual Merchandising:
Handle all sales and post-sale processes (returns, end-of-season sales, customer returns, repairs, and complaints)
Ensure product availability and maintenance on the sales floor
Be knowledgeable about warehouse inventory across all categories to ensure timely restocking and maximize sales.
Adhere to administrative and operational protocols.
Collaborate with the In-Store Visual team to maintain display standards; communicate and report all relevant information to store management.
Operational Duties:
Understand and comply with company policies and procedures
Utilize the POS system effectively for all client transactions
In the absence of an Operations Head, actively participate in executing operational tasks (including shipping and receiving)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector
Demonstrated success in sales
Comprehensive understanding of product offerings and the client journey
Must be a collaborative team player
Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
Exhibit confidence and the ability to foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and the business
Clear and effective communication skills—both verbal and written
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $20-$23 (dependent on experience and subject to adjustment)
