  • Account Management
    • Open new accounts and obtain required information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Set up and maintain related files and documentation to ensure seamless account management.
  • Trade Execution
    • Take and/or enter customer orders via our trading platform to exchanges and trading rooms, as requested by brokers or customers.
    • Enter trades into our system and send trade documentation to customers to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.
  • Trade Settlements
    • Verify the accuracy of trade reports and confirmations to identify any discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  • Customer Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information to resolve problems and concerns.
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing correspondence and documents, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
    • Make travel arrangements and expensing travel, as well as making copies and mailing printed materials.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 12-18 months of prior industry experience.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications
    • SIE - Securities Industry Essentials.
    • Series 7 - General Securities Representative.
    • Series 63 - State Law Exam or Series 66 - Combined State Law.
