Job Summary

As a Wealth Associate at Bank OZK, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Wealth Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute daily transaction activity, including client account maintenance, disbursements, and asset receipt and delivery instructions, to support client service efforts.
  2. Interact with Operations, Middle Office, Compliance, IT, and other Trust and Wealth partners to execute daily tasks according to established policy and procedures.
  3. Provide ongoing support to prepare, coordinate, deliver, and collect necessary account and client documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance procedures.
  4. Engage with clients, internal partners, and Trust and Wealth teammates to perform research as needed to answer questions, problem-solve, and provide information to tax and legal partners.
  5. Support Trust and Wealth tax reporting requirements, including tracking and account maintenance, and interaction with third-party tax preparation services.
  6. Support client onboarding/account setup and coordinate internal meetings and conference calls with internal and line of business partners.
  7. Monitor Wealth Engine to help generate leads for Wealth Advisors and support client and prospect outreach by preparing mailings and planning client events.
  8. Perform ARS (Administrative Account Review Suite) reviews and collect information needed to clear ARS exceptions.
  9. Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work and follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent, required; associates or bachelors degree, preferred.
  2. 1+ year of work experience in a related paralegal role or in an administrative role in a professional financial services or brokerage services environment, required; OR, in lieu of experience, degree in trust administration, required.
  3. Prior experience in financial planning, preferred.
  4. Prior experience using Smartsheet technology, preferred.
