Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Stephens. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring seamless trade settlements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Open new accounts, obtain required information, verify accuracy, and enter into our system. Set up and maintain related files and documentation.
- Trade Execution: Take and/or enter customer orders via our Backoffice to exchanges and trading room, at the request of our brokers or clients.
- Trade Settlements: Enter trades into Bloomberg, send trade documentation to clients, and work to ensure seamless trade settlements.
- Trade Verification: Check reports and trade confirmations on past transactions to determine accuracy, identify any discrepancies, and resolve.
- Client Support: Respond to client requests, provide information, and resolve problems.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform miscellaneous duties such as typing correspondence and documents, answering telephones, taking messages, greeting visitors, making travel arrangements, expensing travel, making copies, mailing printed materials, filing, and maintaining reference books and materials.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 12-18 months of prior industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: SIE - Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 - General Securities Representative, Series 63 - State Law Exam or Series 66 - Combined State Law.
