About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Onsite General Manager to join our team at RealManage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community associations, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective management of community associations, including the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and budgets.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Staff Management: Direct and supervise department managers, ensuring that all staff are properly trained, supervised, and knowledgeable of their responsibilities.
  • Community Engagement: Establish and maintain ongoing dialogue with residents to elicit input on association direction and improvements.
  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate with the Board of Directors on the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with association by-laws and policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Homeowner Association (HOA) management experience, with previous onsite management experience strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: CMCA certification required, with AMS and PCAM certifications a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with Associates degree or relevant experience required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits
  • Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000, depending on education and experience.
