We are seeking a seasoned and experienced HOA General Manager to oversee all operations of a high-rise luxury condominium building located in a downtown area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Property Operations Management: Manage all property operations, including resident relations and communication, to ensure a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Implementation of Board Policy: Implement Board policy and directives, governance, and project oversight to ensure alignment with community goals.
- Leadership and Communication: Prepare and lead monthly Board of Director meetings, conduct annual homeowner meetings and Board elections, and provide regular updates to the Board and residents.
- Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets and provide analysis of monthly financial statements to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and manage all onsite employees, providing a positive work environment and ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Community Liaison: Liaise between the Board and legal counsel, as well as advisory committees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Facility Management: Oversee facility management and capital project management to ensure the property is well-maintained and up-to-date.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in long-term strategic planning to ensure the community's goals and objectives are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of HOA property management experience, preferably in a mid-highrise building in an urban setting.
