Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Annapolis Junction and Colorado Springs. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires rotating shifts to cover 24/7 operations. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT service support, data processing, and IT technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support to clients, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
- Create, update, and close incident and service request tickets.
- Upload data into systems manually and create daily and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist with bridge/conference calls and initial troubleshooting of IT and non-IT related issues.
- Process user access requests for all systems and perform facilities checks.
- Consolidate and post daily shift logs and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist with editing standard operating procedures and other supporting documentation.
- Unlock accounts and reset passwords as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of experience in a technical field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team and demonstrate investigative, research, and analysis abilities.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. S4 Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and universal time off.
