Job Title: Technical Support Manager

About the Role:
In this exciting position, you will oversee daily operations and provide strategic direction to our technical support team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless customer service and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of technical support specialists
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to technical problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to services

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support management
  • IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
