About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative Lead to drive sales growth and expansion within the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading sales conversations, educating customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales conversations and provide product demonstrations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $80,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience
