Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager, Commercialization to lead our efforts in driving growth and expansion within the US Business Deposit Products space. As a key member of our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive commercialization strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance client relationships.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Drive growth across multiple business KPIs, including deposit volumes, transactions, product penetration, customer primacy, NIR, NII, and profitability.
  • Expand market share and enhance client relationships through effective commercialization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • 7+ years of experience in commercialization, sales, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • A strong understanding of business deposit products, industry trends, sales practices, policies, and procedures.
  • University Degree in business or economics (MBA an asset).
