Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Top Guy International LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process from job posting to candidate onboarding, conduct interviews, perform background checks, and create comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, provide guidance and resolution, mediate and resolve conflicts within the organization, foster a positive working environment, and conduct exit interviews to analyze data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement, provide guidance to management on performance-related issues, facilitate performance appraisal processes, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs that align with the company's goals, implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Employment Cycle Changes and Talent Management: Manage employee transitions, develop talent management strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees, and implement succession planning to ensure continuity in key roles.
  • HR Administration and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to employment practices, maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, and handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
  • Facilities Management Services: Oversee facilities management services related to employee welfare and workplace safety, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and current compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Able to connect with multiple nationalities and personalities.
  • Excellent work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Masters Degree in HR Management.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 / year + bonus.
