Job Title: Registered Nurse I or II

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse I or II to join our Behavioral Health Program in Vancouver, WA.

About the Role:

This full-time position is part of our specialized community-based team, Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), serving clients in the Clark County area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and physical health needs assessments
  • Make appropriate referrals to community physicians and coordinate communication regarding individuals' psychiatric and physical health needs
  • Provide management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist
  • Provide a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services
  • Work collaboratively with all other healthcare team members to provide the best outcomes for clients and the organization
Qualifications:
  • RN I: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, RN or equivalent required
  • RN II: Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, RN, BSN, or equivalent required
  • Licensed in the State of Washington to practice as a registered nurse
  • At least one year of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting
  • CPR certificate within 90 days of hire date and maintain certificate throughout employment
  • State-mandated HIV education
