Job Summary:The Staff Nurse II will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized plans of care. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide education to patients and families. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in gastroenterology
- Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the state of Washington or Oregon
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
