This is a full-time salaried role: Monday – Friday, day shift.


The on-site Financial Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of the site accounting team, aiming to produce timely and precise financial reports while fostering a positive atmosphere for employee growth and development.

The on-site Financial Operations Manager will establish and uphold appropriate accounting practices, guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting, coordinate internal and external audits, and supervise the SOX internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and accounting reporting processes to ensure that Corporate, Business Unit, and Site timelines and objectives are met.

Ensure financial data is recorded in accordance with company policies and US GAAP.

Establish and maintain an effective SOX internal control environment.

Assist with executing site SOX internal control program.

Collaborate with site Finance Directors and Internal Auditors to create SOX-related documentation (i.e., RCM, narratives, and flowcharts).

Support internal and external audits concerning SOX compliance.

Assist site Finance, Supply Chain, Global Procurement, and other functional teams on various financial and business process enhancement initiatives.

Take responsibility for the performance of direct reports by setting clear goals and expectations, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and addressing performance-related issues.

10% travel expectations (domestic).

Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA is preferred.

CPA certification is required.

Experience in manufacturing accounting is required.

Cost accounting experience is required.

5+ years of people management experience is required.

3+ years of progressive experience in the Finance/Accounting field as a Financial Controller.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly, with occasional lifting of 0-15 pounds.
