About the Role

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading provider of dialysis services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Assist patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient.
  • Conduct Vital Sign Monitoring: Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Perform Dialysis Procedures: Set up and break down dialysis blood systems, insert and remove patient access needles, and monitor patients during dialysis.
  • Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, treatment outcomes, and any concerns or issues.
  • Support Patient Education: Guide new patients through the 120-day education plan, ensuring they understand their treatment options and can manage their care effectively.
