About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping patients heal using TMS treatment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one coaching and support to patients during their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of Serenity Healthcare and provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching and support to patients during treatment, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program to gain a deep understanding of our treatment approach.
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes and work collaboratively with our team to ensure successful treatment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years' work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
  • Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and able to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
